Is it possible to pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can also pick up your order in person! Order the item you want in-store using Click & Collect and pick it up directly there. With this option, there are no shipping costs, and you can take your ordered items with you right away.

1. Select shipping method "Pickup"

To use Click & Collect, simply order your desired items from our shop and select the "Pickup" option at checkout.

2. Receive pickup confirmation

You will usually receive an email with pickup confirmation and further pickup details within 48 hours at the latest.

3. Pick up your order

After receiving the pickup confirmation, you can collect your order from us within the times specified in the email.
