The item you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, or you ordered the wrong item? No problem. Within the scope of your right of withdrawal, you can return your order, or parts of it, to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

We will cover the return shipping costs within Germany if the return label provided by us is used. If the return label provided by us is not used, the sender will bear the return shipping costs.

In the event of a return from a country other than Germany, customers bear the direct costs of the return themselves.

How do I return items?

So that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please proceed as follows:

1. Register return

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to return it to us within the scope of your right of withdrawal, you can request a return for the desired item(s) in your order overview. We can then inspect your return and provide you with all further information and a free return label.

Alternatively, please contact us before returning the item by sending us a short message with your request using the contact form . We will then send you all further information and a free return label.

2. Pack returned items

Please fill out our return form and, if possible, include it with your return shipment. Package your item(s) securely and attach the printed return label to your package, or take your package and the QR code to a store. Ensure your return is adequately packaged and use a suitable shipping box. If possible, please use a suitable shipping box instead of the item's original packaging.

3. Send the package for shipping

Hand over your return to the shipping company indicated on the return label.

After receiving and inspecting the goods in our warehouse, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. This process may take up to 14 days.
