The Able Kone filter is a reusable stainless steel filter for the Chemex carafes. It fits in the 6, 8 and 10 cup carafes and is an environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional Chemex paper filters. The Able Kone filter can also be used with Ratio Eight, Moccamaster and Bonavita coffee machines. When preparing coffee with the stainless steel filter, more oils get into the coffee, so you get a fuller cup of coffee than with the paper filter. After use, the stainless steel filter can simply be rinsed out.
