The Hario Pegasus Dripper is a new interpretation of the classic trapezoidal design of hand filters for pour-over brewing. The Pegasus Dripper features the classic trapezoidal shape, but differs in its internal ribs, inspired by the popular Hario V60. These ensure a particularly even extraction. The two holes in the bottom of the dripper ensure optimal water flow.

Unlike other conical drippers, the Pegasus' water flow is slower, making it an ideal choice for beginners in pour-over brewing. However, the Pegasus's limited flow is also very interesting for professionals who want to experiment with slower, new techniques. The viewing window at the bottom of the dripper also allows you to monitor the coffee during the brewing process.

Together with the Pegasus paper filters and the Pegasus server you get a perfect pour-over set.
