The Nucleus Stem is the latest innovation for baristas and café owners, born from a collaboration between coffee industry professionals and the Nucleus Coffee Tools research and development team. This innovative stand offers a host of features designed to increase efficiency and productivity in the café while streamlining workflows.

With its lightweight yet robust design, the Nucleus Stem provides a stable platform that securely holds cups to the coffee maker. This not only ensures a smoother workflow but also helps minimize messes and spills. The adjustable height of the stem allows for any cup size to be securely positioned, ensuring a tidy and clean work environment.

The Stem was specifically designed to work with commercial barista scales. It supports baristas in precisely dosing coffee while protecting the scale from water damage, which can often occur in the hectic daily routine of a café. Thanks to its compact size, the Stem can be easily moved between different pour-overs or machines, offering the barista additional flexibility.

Another outstanding feature of the Nucleus Stem is its versatility. The adjustable height allows it to be easily adapted to different cup sizes. The stem is compatible with a variety of coffee machine models, including the Sanremo Cafe Racer, Sanremo Opera, Vittoria Arduino BlackEagle, Slayer, Kees van der Westen, La Marzocco Strada, and La Marzocco Leva.
