This product is a used item. The coffee maker has only been used once (only running water through it) – it is in like-new condition. Despite its near-new condition, the machine has been serviced and cleaned; however, minimal deposits or water stains may remain. The water tank has small scratches on the side, but these do not affect the machine's functionality. The coffee maker and accessories are delivered complete and in their original packaging.
