The Varia VS3 is a high-precision, compact single-dosage grinder for all types of coffee preparation, from espresso to filter coffee. The grind can be continuously adjusted by turning the bean hopper. This allows for a wide range of grind settings, allowing you to experiment with your brewing. The bean hopper has a capacity of 30g.

Its slanted geometry, with an acute angle of 76.5°, enables a smoother workflow when pouring coffee into the hopper. When grinding different coffee varieties, thanks to a retention capacity of less than 0.1 for a 10g dose, no cleaning is required between grinds.

All parts of the housing, made of space-grade CNC-machined aluminum, are machined to an accuracy of 0.02 mm. This ensures high precision during adjustment and grinding. The bean hopper lid and the dosing cup under the ejector can be precisely positioned using magnets.
